Sarod Concert Munich – Pictures

The Sarod Concert in Munich was excellent  with excellent music and jugalbandi. The concert started with Ustad Amjad Ali Khan playing  “Vaishnav jan to tene kahiye”, the immortal composition of the 15th century Gujarati poet Narsi Mehta. He followed it with the wonderful composition “Ekla Cholo Re” of Rabindra Nath Tagore. To end his first part he played on “Raga Bahar” and “Raga Khambaz”.
